As I wanted to improve my Archviz skills I decided to take the MUCEM (Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilisations) as a reference for this illustration. The idea was to create a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

The scene is composed of a mix between meshes generated in Ghost Town, Speedtree and some Evermotion vehicles.

The shader of the sea has been done with procedural textures (waves and noise)

This is a project I did for fun and also in order to give a try to Rail Clone and Forest Pack.

The vegetation is a mix of models found on the net, Evermotion models, Speedtrees models, Forest Pack models and I also used Ivy generator which is a wonderful plugin for 3ds Max.

I also wanted to test a different lighting.

Now Bindings

I worked on this project in 2015 with David Fernandez from Nidecker and JF Pelchat the owner of Now Bindings. The idea behind this short movie is to explain the main feature of Now Bindings: the Skatetech device. All in all the project took me 4 weeks to complete from modeling to postproduction, working  in the evenings and weekends during my internship at Toyota. It was a great experience and the bindings are a blast !!!

I remodeled all the soft parts including the ratchets and buckle mechanisms (on the right, image below)

Detail of the straps.

Modeled a modern shaped snowboard.

The lighting was made of two Vray rectangle lights and a dome light with an HDRI of a light studio.

Black Skull

This is the Black Skull, I worked on that model a couple of years ago, and I thought that it could be a good idea to redo everything from scratch in order to give it a fresher look, here is the result.

PowerMarine Forged Carbon

Forged carbon being very trendy in the horology world I was asked to create a new version of the PowerMarine, please note that the brand name moved to PowerTech but it remains the PowerMarine's DNA.

Di Pietro

The Di Pietro watch was designed a couple of years ago, at that time I worked for Golay Spierer. Unfortunately this design was discarded so I decided to reuse it and create my own interpretation of what the Di Pietro should have looked like.

The same watch with a different environment.
